HTSU is proud to be doing business with both customers and suppliers well known throughout the industry who are the main ingredient in our recipe for success. Beginning in 1998, HTSU has maintained 99% of our initial customers and every year our customer list grows as we expand into new areas of the country. HTSU has gone from a sales/consulting company founded by Bruce and Kyle Favors to the full service company, able to service all areas of the heat treating industry that it is today. With a customer driven mentality, HTSU has gone where we were called upon because of our expertise, knowledge of equipment and commitment to providing the highest level of service. Known for its innovations in the industry, HTSU was one of the first companies to establish all digital reporting in 1999. HTSU is constantly looking to expand our offerings according to customer needs and opened our Michigan office in 2007 and a new Metrology Lab in 2009. All this and more has established HTSU as not only a premier service center but as a critical resource for our customers and a leader in the industry.
